The following group rate (single/double) is available for $229 (single/double) per night; Reservation requests received after February 1, 2010 will be accepted on a space available basis, at the hotel’s prevailing rate. Rooms are available at the rate quoted above as long as there are rooms remaining in the "ReFocus" block or until the cutoff date of February 1, 2010. After this date, rooms will be confirmed on a space- and rate- available basis.
PLEASE NOTE: All attendees who book their hotel reservations online will initially be charged the resort fee due to an embedded function in the Ritz-Carlton software. Upon check-out please check your bill to verify that the resort fee was refunded. Attendees should not be charged the resort fee.

Hotel Cancellation
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation

Transportation to the Strip
Shuttle Service to the Strip will be offered Sunday through Tuesday from 7:00 pm – 12:30 am leaving every half hour from the hotel entrance. Drop off and pickup from the strip will be located at the Venetian hotel’s front entrance. Last shuttle will leave the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas at 11 pm. Last pickup on the strip will be at 12:30am.Lake Las Vegas is just 17 miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. When the sun sets, the "Entertainment Capital of the World" is just 25 minutes away. Ask the concierge about the numerous modes of transportation to the Strip. Private car service and rental cars are available. (At least four hours notice is recommended.)
