All participants at ReFocus 2022 must be fully vaccinated and are required to provide proof of vaccination AND a negative COVID test within 72 hours of travel to the conference. 

 


PROOF OF VACCINATION QUESTIONS 
 

Q. How do I submit my vaccination records? 
 

A. Click on the “Clear Mobile App” Icon on the conference app and follow the instructions to submit your vaccination records. Please review the health and safety protocols located on the conference website, Health & Safety Protocols | Refocus Conference as well as in the conference app prior to traveling to the conference.  

 
Q. I’m located internationally/unable to use the CLEAR app. How do I submit my vaccination card? 

A. If you are unable to utilize the Clear app, please email a copy of your vaccination card to refocusconference@acli.com prior to arriving at the registration desk. The email should include the following information: 
Name 
Title 
Company 
 
Q. What if I can’t find my vaccination card or did not submit my vaccination card? 

A. If you have not submitted your vaccination card prior to arrival at the registration desk AND you cannot present it to the registration desk, you will be asked to return to your hotel room until you are able to locate either a physical or digital copy. Once you can provide proof of vaccination, you may return to the registration desk.  
 

SUBMITTING NEGATIVE TEST QUESTIONS 

Q. What types of tests are approved? 


A. Rapid (antigen), PCR tests, and at-home tests are all accepted. 

 

Q. How do I submit my negative COVID test? 

A. Please submit a photo of your negative COVID-19 test results to refocusconference@acli.com 72 hours prior to your arrival at the conference.   The email should include the following information: 
Name 
Title 
Company 
Test results can also be submitted through the conference mobile app. Click the “COVID Test Submission” icon to submit your test. A photo of your negative COVID-19 test result with your name, title, and company is accepted.  

 

Q. What do I do if I did not submit my negative COVID-19 test? 

A. If you did not submit your negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival at the registration desk, we ask that you return to your room and email a photocopy to refocusconference@acli.com or click on the “COVID Test Submission” icon in the mobile app. Once submitted, you can return to the registration desk.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS 

Q. How can I pick up my badge and conference materials? 
 

A. Badges and conference materials can be picked up at the registration desk once you have submitted a negative COVID-19 test to refocusconference@acli.com AND you have submitted proof of vaccination as outlined above.   
 
As a reminder, once you arrive at the registration desk, you will be required to show your CLEAR Attendee Health Pass page in order to receive your materials and badge. 

 

Q. Where do I go to pick up my badge and conference materials? 
 

A. Conference materials can be picked up during the conference registration hours located at the registration desk located in the Ironwood Foyer. Check the conference app under agenda for times each day. 

 

GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS 
 

Q. How do I access the agenda and attendee list? 
 

A. All conference resources can be located on the conference app and are all available for download. Also, you can access each conference attendee listing by clicking the “attendees” icon on the home screen. 

 
Q. Where do I find the session presentation materials? 

 

A. In the app, click on the app icon “presentations” to access and download the presentations. The session presentations are added as approved by the speaker. 

 

Q. How do I access conference Wi-Fi? 
 

A. To access the conference wireless internet, use the following information:
