ACLI Policy on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

REFOCUS 2022 VACCINATION POLICY

Both ACLI and SOA continue to monitor the situation related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure the safety and security of attendees at our conferences.  We are working closely with Aria Resort & Casino, Las Vegas to ensure that best practices are in place throughout every step of our meeting. ACLI’s healthy and safety protocol is to follow CDC guidelines as well as state, local and hotel/host location guidelines.

CONFERENCE GUIDELINES FOR REFOCUS 2022 ATTENDEES ARE AS FOLLOWS*:

  • All participants must be fully vaccinated and are required to provide proof of vaccination AND a negative COVID test** within 72 hours of arrival and abide by local mask mandates.**Test to be arranged by ReFocus attendee. Rapid (antigen), PCR tests, and at-home tests are all accepted.

  • Attendees are advised to stay home if you are feeling unwell or stay in your hotel room should you experience any symptoms after your arrival in Las Vegas.

  • *These guidelines may change from time to time as conditions change.  Attendees will be notified in advance of the conference of any changes to the conference guidelines.

 

NOTIFICATIONS:

In the event a conference attendee tests positive, ACLI will provide notification through our conference mobile app and email.  We will also work with the Hotel to notify Southern Nevada Health department officials who may initiate contact tracing.

HOTEL HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS 

As of September 9, 2021, ARIA Resort & Casino has a mask mandate in place which states that unless a guest is outdoors or ACTIVELY eating/drinking, they must wear a mask.  This includes when they are seated in a meeting.  For more information, please visit: MGM Resorts Convene with Confidence
