A professional colleague is defined as someone who consults with or is employed by an organization in the financial services industry. Any person not meeting the criteria of “guest” who wishes to participate in conference functions is required to register separately at the prevailing conference rate.
** Special Discounted Group Registration Fee Opportunity
If five (5) or more individual employees from the same company register for ReFocus 2021, each individual registrant may take advantage of a group registration fee of $1,075 per person via the online registration option using the group rate code. Individuals using this registration option must register for the full conference registration. (Note: Moderator and presenter registrations do not qualify towards the required five-registrant-per-company minimum. If a registrant’s company does not ultimately meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., there are fewer than five registrants from the company who paid the qualifying full conference fee), registrants will receive a notice of any balance due based on the difference between the regular applicable rate and the group discounted rate.)
To cancel an order, log in to My SOA, choose the item you wish to cancel from your order summary and click the cancellation button. Complete the form to submit your refund request.
Refund requests must be received no later than July 16, 2021. No refunds will be issued July 16, 2021.
Registration fees are refunded less $175 administrative fee.
Spouse/Guest fees are refunded less $50 administrative fee.
