**Guest Fee - One guest per member registrant is allowed. A spouse, friend or family member of the attendee who is over the age of 18 is considered a guest (or non-business affiliate). Members of an actuarial organization and recruiters are not considered guests and must register at the appropriate member or nonmember fee listed above.

***ACLI Affiliate Members - If your company is a member of ACLI’s Affiliate program, this does not qualify you for the ACLI member rate. The member rate for Affiliate Members only applies at the ACLI Annual Conference. ACLI membership is limited to legal reserve life insurance companies and fraternal benefit societies operating in the U.S. before federal and state policymakers, insurance departments, the NAIC, and the courts.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your registration prior to 30 days of the event start date to receive a refund, less a $175 administrative fee ($50 for guests).

There will be no refunds provided within 30 days of the event start date.

An alternate attendee within the same company may be substituted at any time prior to the conference start with no penalty. However, if the original attendee is a member and the substitute attendee is not, the difference in rate, between member/non-member, must be paid in full at the time of substitution.

All cancelations and transfers must be submitted via email to Refocusconference@acli.com.

The American Council of Life Insurers reserves the right to cancel any event if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full. The American Council of Life Insurers is not responsible for any airfare or hotel cancellation fees that an attendee may incur due to event cancellation.
